David Lobenberg

Biography

David Lobenberg’s high level of excellence in figurative and landscape drawing, watercolor, and acrylic painting is well recognized and appreciated by artists and art lovers.  He is a legacy artist, co-host, and long time contributor to the KVIE annual on-air art auction, the Crocker Art Museums’s annual art auction, a contributing writer to the nationally distributed “The Artist’s Magazine,” and a commissioned artist for the State Governor’s Office, the Sacramento Opera, Ballet, Music Circus, the annual Sacramento Run To Feed The Hungry even, the River Cats, the City of Sacramento, the Sacramento Kings,  Teichert Construction, the Spanos Corporation, the United States Air Force Thunderbirds Alumni Association, the IMAX Corporation, the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials to name a few.

David has a Master’s Degree in Fine Art from UCLA and is an adjunct art professor at Sacramento City College. He has also taught art for the University of California, Davis extension program. He is periodically invited to give talks and demonstrations for numerous art associations. He offers monthly art workshops at both his studio and outside venues in the greater Sacramento area.
